Reuben Zilberman

Principle

Reuben is the agency principle and has been a licensed insurance agent for 14 years. He has spent his entire career in the financial industry previously working as a bank manager for ten years and prior to that as a credit manager at a large credit card company.  He has a passion for helping people and has made it his personal mission to help educate people on the value of insurance products and how big of an impact they can have on someone’s lively hood.  Going thru his own personal insurance journey with a diagnosis of testicular cancer at age thirty five has prompted him to continue to share the value of being properly protected and educated for the things in life you can’t plan that happens to people each and every day.  Reuben enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending with his family.

Erwin has been an insurance agent for 7 years building on his previous experience in a variety of customer service positions/sales. He has his Property & Casualty License and he currently specializes in home and auto insurance, commercial, and medical malpractice. He enjoys making a difference in his clients' lives, especially when he can provide them better coverage at an affordable price. When Erwin is not at work, he enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, working out, and spending time with friends.

Senior Operations Manager

Trisha is a licensed insurance agent for Property and Casualty Insurance.  Prior to becoming an insurance agent, she worked for many years in the dental field.  She strives to provide the BEST customer service to all of her current and future clients and helps them meet their SPECIFIC insurance needs, providing customized coverages with the best premiums possible.  Trisha has two sons, a teacup Yorkie and a gray tabby cat.  She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and going skiing in the winter and swimming in the summer.

Insurance Agent II

Brandon is a licensed Property and Casualty and Life Insurance agent!  He has been an agent for 3 years! He is detail oriented especially when it comes to his love and passion for cars, so he always encourages his clients to protect their vehicles and property the BEST possible way but keeping in mind to keep the premium as inexpensive as possible!  Brandon loves Snowboarding, hiking, and most of all going to car shows and drifting events!!

Brandon has been a licensed insurance agent for 9 years working in both Arizona & Nebraska. He has his Property & Casualty License, Life & Health insurance licenses and an associate’s degree in Business Administration. He enjoys assisting clients in finding coverage & policies which meet their needs. Brandon enjoys playing softball, watching sports, especially the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He also enjoys working out and staying active with friends. He has 2 dogs named Dom and Butch who keep him company when at home.

Grant Shirley

Senior Insurance Agent

Grant has been a licensed insurance agent 4 years now. Being licensed in property, casualty, and life, Grant has always had a passion in helping others. Grant was active duty military from 2006-2010 as an Aircrew Rescue swimmer in the Navy. He re-enlisted into the Navy Reserves in 2018 with a Combat Engineer Battalion, otherwise known as the Navy Seabees. He has always had that urge to help others and serve his country. Grant and his wife moved to Arizona from Nebraska in 2013. They enjoy keeping active by going to the gym, hiking, snowboarding, kayaking, and anything outdoors that this great state has to offer. Grant has obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration, owned and operated 6 health and nutrition franchises in Northern Arizona, and has been a law enforcement officer since his time here in Arizona. He found his true passion in helping others being an insurance agent of Crown Insurance.
